His experience spans the full lifecycle of defense capabilities and their management—from strategic warfare and intelligence to force development, operations, and sustainment. Alberto serves as Founder and President of Akiva Defense.
Josh brings technical expertise from key leadership roles at DARPA, NIWC Pacific and Atlantic, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, RAND, and CACI—where he drove major cyber, R&D, and systems-modernization initiatives across the Department of Defense and allied partners.
His experience spans offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, information-assurance engineering, and coalition R&D collaboration. He previously served as Chair and U.S. National Leader within the Five Eyes Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP).

As founder of the Horne Consulting Team, he has supported leadership transitions and growth initiatives across startups and mid-sized companies, helping organizations stabilize operations, align execution, and restore momentum during periods of uncertainty.
Linda is an MIT-trained engineer with more than twenty years of experience across naval platforms, engineering programs, and technical evaluation. She provides targeted guidance on engineering judgment, requirements clarity, and architectural soundness as Akiva advances its system development.
