His experience spans the full lifecycle of defense capabilities and their management—from strategic warfare and intelligence to force development, operations, and sustainment. Alberto serves as Founder and President of Akiva Defense.
Kevin Korpinen
Kevin brings expertise in executive operations, organizational governance, and institutional performance, disciplines developed over more than two decades serving in senior leadership roles across the U.S. Marine Corps. His career has been defined by one consistent strength: owning the operating layer beneath senior leaders, ensuring strategic intent translates into disciplined, closed-loop execution.
His experience spans the full spectrum of defense organizational management—from commanding a 2,000-person multi-site organization and managing a $250 million equipment portfolio, directing enterprise-wide inspection programs across the Marine Corps and advising Commanding Generals on high-visibility issues, risk exposure, and corrective action. At the Joint Staff, Kevin managed more than 260 urgent global force requests and coordinated executive policy processes directly tied to the Secretary of Defense.

Josh brings technical expertise from key leadership roles at DARPA, NIWC Pacific and Atlantic, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, RAND, and CACI—where he drove major cyber, R&D, and systems-modernization initiatives across the Department of Defense and allied partners.
His experience spans offensive and defensive cyberspace operations, information-assurance engineering, and coalition R&D collaboration. He previously served as Chair and U.S. National Leader within the Five Eyes Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP).
